“The Young Family moved from Greenwich at the end of the 19c to Leigh on Sea where the waters were healthier. 'Young’s Seafood' fish owe their origins and background to Leigh. The large family worked and played in this area and even to this day there are still family sailing on the East Coast and grateful for the work of the RNLI. Donations will be given to its Southend branch”.
